I weighed myself this morning and I was down to 161! I knew that I could get the first 5 off fast! I am so thrilled and that gives me so much motivation! I decided on soup today for lunch. But, I think that was a mistake. I couldn't even get in 3 miles while running. I felt lightheaded. Which, I figure is because I didn't eat enough. Tomorrow, I will try the peanut butter sandwich and see if that helps.
Tomorrow, I will be making cookies and candies for this weekend. I hope I can keep from taste testing! Well, maybe I will have just one! ;)
2.5 miles on treadmill
oatmeal for breakfast
cream of mushroom for lunch
planning on tortellini for supper with a spinach salad.
